CULTURE OF THE ROOTS OF GENTIANA CRUCIATA L. IN VITRO
The culture of isolated roots of Gentiana cruciata L. is promising as a possible source of biosynthesis and accumulation of secondary metabolites. The aim of the research was to determine the effect of various concentrations and types of auxins on the induction of rhizogenesis in the G. cruciata callus culture. G. cruciata root culture was obtained and the conditions for their long-term cultivation under in vitro conditions were optimized. Selected effective concentrations of auxins to inducte of rhizogenesis have been defined.
