ПОКАЗАТЕЛИ ОКИСЛИТЕЛЬНО-ВОССТАНОВИТЕЛЬНЫХ ПРОЦЕССОВ В ПРОРОСТКАХ ОВОЩНЫХ КУЛЬТУР ПОД ДЕЙСТВИЕМ ПРЕПАРАТА ФИТОЦИД

В лабораторных условиях Фитоцид улучшает физиологическое состояние и рост проростков огурцов и томатов, а также вызывает повышение содержания аскорбиновой кислоты. При выращивании проростков на чашках Петри наблюдается повышение активности аскорбатоксидазы, пероксидазы, полифенолксидазы и каталазы, однако, при выращивании в почве активность данных ферментов под действием Фитоцида снижается. Полученные данные свидетельствуют об активации антиоксидантной системы растений действующим компонентом препарата.

INDICES OF REDUCTION AND OXIDATION PROCESSES IN THE SPROUTS OF VEGETABLE PLANTS EFFECTED BY PREPARATION PHYTOCID

Phytocid is a microbiological preparation containing Bacillus subtilis. It’s effective for various agricultural plants and known to be safe for environment and profitable. One of the mechanisms of its action is induction of non-specific stress-resistance of plants. At the same time the details of this influence need deeper investigation. That’s why the goal of the research was to study influence of Phytocid on the parameters of the oxidation-reduction processes in the sprouts of cucumber and tomato plants. Phytocid was applied through the pre-saw damping of seeds by the solution 106-107 bacterial cells per ml as well as their metabolites and spores. Sprouts were obtained in the laboratory conditions on Petri dishes and in the containers with soil. Seven days sprouts were analyzed and following results are received: in the laboratory conditions Phytocyd improves physiological condition and growth of the sprouts of cucumbers and tomatoes and causes increasing of ascorbic acid content in the sprouts; application of Phytocid results in growing activity of ascorbatoxidase, peroxidase, poliphenoloxidase and catalase in sprouts grown on Petry cups, and decreasing activity in the soil-grown sprouts. The obtained data is an evidence of activation of the anti-oxidant system of the plants by the active component of Phytocid. Bacterial preparation cause moderate stress in plants that induce adaptation processes. We hypothesize that on the Petri dishes the sprouts are subjected to bigger stress pressure, caused by the bacteria and live through the primal stages of the adaptation process. While on the soil the intensiveness of the Phytocid influence is less and the condition of the sprouts can be characterized as latter stages of adaptation on the way to the stable level of metabolism.
