PHYTOHORMONES INFLUENCE ON THE ACTIVITY OF NITROGEN FIXATION IN THE ROOT ZONE OF WINTER RYE
It was found optimal exogenous phytohormones contents in the root zone of plants of winter rye in the initial stages of organogenesis during the growing experiment. It is shown that for increasing that stimulate growth of the Diazobakteryn (bio-agents of the preparation - Azospirillum brasilense 18-2), we can use a solution of β-indoleacetic acid (IAA), on condition of optimizing of the combination of microbial and phytohormonal components. The results of the research characteristics of the process of nitrogen fixation indicates an increase in its activity as a result of using of the biopreparation in combination with IAA at a dose of 0,5 ng / seed, and confirmed by the data on the intensity of growth of aboveground plant mass of winter rye, the mass of the root system, the contents of chlorophyll a and b in leaves and protein in plants.
