ЭКОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ СВЯЗИ ПАТОГЕННЫХ БАКТЕРИЙ С ПРЕДСТАВИТЕЛЯМИ РОДА POTAMOGETON

Представлены результаты исследования влияния прижизненных выделений растений рода Potamogeton на плотность популяций патогенного вида бактерий E. rhusiopathiae. Показано, что между исследованными видами растений и бактерий формируются топические биоценотические связи.

ECOLOGYCAL RELATIONS BETWEEN PATHOGENIC BACTERIA AND REPRESENTATIVES GENUS POTAMOGETON

Being a part of freshwater ecosystems, bacteria E. rhusiopathiae build complex ecological relationships with different species of alive organisms, as well as with numerous species of plants. As a result of these interactions population density of E. rhusiopathiae, as well as some abilities of these bacteria can undergo changes. Taking into account the fact that the agent penetrates into a human body from ground and water, ecological factors that influence bacteria E. rhusiopathiae existence in the environmental domains become of prior epidemic and epizootic importance. Freshwater plants’ discharges are able to influence widely on the life being of animals and microorganisms. Special interest is given to the question of freshwater plants’ influence on the populations of pathogenic bacteria in fresh water basins. The object of investigation constituted the influence of vital plants’ discharges of Potamogeton crispus and Potamogeton pectinatus on the pathogenic bacteria population density. Under the influence of plants’ discharges in concentration 1:10 and 1:100 the bacteria population density has changed considerably. The discharges of P. crispus stimulated bacteria’s reproduction in quantity, because their density in the experimental samples was 2,8-3 times bigger than in the control samples. Vital discharges of P. pectinatus in experimental samples caused the decline in the bacteria population density of E. rhusiopathiae. Vital plants’ discharges in more considerable concentrations like 1:1000 and 1:10 000 haven’t caused any sound influence on the bacteria populations of E. rhusiopathiae. Under natural conditions a topical type of biocoenotic relations is being formed between plants and bacteria.
